In 2013, the waste management industry experienced a transformative shift due to significant legislative changes, now recognized as the "waste revolution." These new regulations demanded that waste collection system operators closely monitor waste transport, implementing mandatory GPS tracking of routes and unloading sites.
Recognizing the need to adapt, the Waste Management Office (BGO) of Warsaw undertook extensive research over several months to identify cutting-edge technologies available in the market.
It was then that XTrack's innovative offerings caught the eye of the leading player in Poland's waste management sector. Our readiness to meet the necessary requirements, coupled with a suite of additional solutions tailored for municipal needs, set us apart. Today, the innovative XTrack system, adopted by MPO Warsaw and Byś Company for waste collection, is revolutionizing the way we document waste management for over 1,000,000 residents!
Each individual container’s recorded waste weight is vital for accurate settlements between operators and BGO.

RFID Technology: automatic, multi-range RFID LF systems on dust-free vehicles, supporting 125 kHz Unique, 134.2 kHz FDX, and HDX tags on a single route; compliant with the CleANOpen standard.
4-in-1 on-board terminals with XTrack WorkMate software performing multiple tasks simultaneously:
electronic route maps with notes and photo documentation supporting the city’s 19115 system for complaints,
inventory of RFID tags, i.e., assigning unique RFID codes to waste collection locations (MGO), container type, and fraction,
manual RFID tag reading on containers handled by container and box vehicles,
label printing on containers with the MGO name and installed RFID tag code.
Dynamic DigiSens Weighing Systems: legalized, used on RCVs, integrated with the loader, performing net waste weight measurement with a resolution from 1 kg during the standard loading cycle without slowing it down; compliant with the CleANOpen standard.
Static Weighing Systems: legalized, installed on RCVs for bulky waste collection, as well as on container and box vehicles.
Sensor systems detecting the suspension of containers on the loader and the opening of the rear during waste unloading at processing facilities.
Integration of all solutions through the advanced, certified (E) onboard recorder from XTrack, i.e., XT4Smart.
Unique reporting system based on SRT files required for BGO settlements – daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
